The pilot of a high-wing single-engine aircraft, a 1960 Cessna 210 Centurion (N6575X), tells the control tower that his main landing gear is stuck and cannot extend.
The control tower asks him to circle while emergency crews prepare, then land as well as possible. Once the whole team is gathered on the ground, the young man and his copilot gently put the plane down on its tail and successfully complete the landing. The aircraft only suffers minor damage.
