Review of the film Ad Astra

Meh, a bit of a failure unfortunately (5/10)

I love movies about space, and I really like Brad Pitt, but let's be honest: this is still not the movie of the year. There are, however, a few good scenes, such as the chase on the Moon, and also a few original ideas.

Strangely, you get the impression that the writer tried to be realistic, but it clearly failed. Travel times in the solar system are really fast, the technologies highlighted border on the absurd, and the characters' reactions do not make much sense.

But the worst part is the story. Be warned: you will get almost no answers about the main plot, the pacing is awful, and coherence is completely absent.

Review of the film A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

Very well acted, but worth seeing only once (7/10)Without spoiling anything, you should know that this film is mainly centered on the journalist and his family, and not on Mr Rogers as we might think. However, Tom Hanks plays a key role with flair as always, adding a new character to his portfolio...

Review of the film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

A very big meh, or even worse (2.0/10)Mmm, well, how can I put it... Usually, I like Leonardo DiCaprio movies, and most Brad Pitt movies. But here... In this 2h40 Quentin Tarantino film, nothing happens. It is empty, completely uninteresting, the actors are not showcased, and there is hardly any...
